Hello again and welcome to episode 5 of the BrainTree podcast!
Rocky opens with a story about a massage and the hosts discuss the importance of scheduling some relaxation time for yourself.
They then move on to the bigger picture of planning and how important it is to make sure everything gets done and everything is as painless as possible.
Planning starts with breaking your project down in to more manageable pieces. Don’t forget that your plan is just a guideline, Prue suggests writing it in pencil to remind yourself that it can change as you progress.
The hosts share some examples of how they have used this kind of planning to help motivate their learning. They also warn about the dangers of letting the planning of a large project overwhelm you.
The final tip is make sure you plan where to start, if you plan the end you have the goal, but if you don’t know where to start then you don’t know how to get there.
